Terms of use
Template draft. Last edited 11 October 2026.
This is a template, not legal advice. The owner needs to read it, fill in the bracketed parts and have it checked before the site goes public.
What Horae is
Horae is one calm place for tasks, calendar, habits, reading, notes, cards and study. It is in private beta and open by invitation only.
Your account
You are responsible for what you add and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Please use one account per person.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it back to you so the app works.
Using it fairly
- Do not break the law or use Horae to harm others.
- Do not try to get into other people’s accounts or overload the service.
- We may pause an account that does, and we will tell you why.
Plans and prices
Each plan has limits, shown in the app under Plan. Paid plans are not on sale yet, so nobody is charged. When they open, the prices will be the ones shown there. Athena is for students and is checked by hand.
Files
Files kept in Horae-hosted storage count towards the limit of your plan. Files kept in your own Google Drive use your Drive storage.
Availability
This is a beta. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or lose anything. Export your data now and then in Settings, under Data.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time in Settings, under Data. We erase your data within 30 days of confirming with you.
Changes and law
We may change these terms and will say so in the app. These terms are governed by [governing law and courts, to be filled in by the owner].
